Why Organisations Work With Me

 

Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade leading programmes and strategic initiatives within Innocent Drinks, a pioneering B Corp in Europe. Working across sustainability, innovation, commercial strategy and organisational growth gave me first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges leaders face when balancing people, performance and purpose.

 

Today, I combine that real-world leadership experience with professional coaching to provide something many leaders rarely have: the time, space and support to think.

As an external coach, I offer a confidential environment where people can speak openly, gain perspective and work through challenges away from the pressures of day-to-day organisational life.

My coaching combines support and challenge in equal measure, creating the trust needed for honest reflection and the accountability needed for meaningful growth.

The result is more confident, effective leaders who can navigate complexity, develop others and create greater impact.

How I Work

 

Most of my work is delivered through 1:1 coaching engagements with leaders and high-potential talent within organisations.

Coaching is typically delivered via 60-minute confidential sessions online, scheduled over an agreed period depending on organisational needs.

Alongside individual coaching, I also design and deliver tailored workshops and group sessions to support leadership development, talent growth, and organisational priorities.

All engagements are shaped in partnership with organisations to ensure alignment with broader goals and desired outcomes.
